In Option 1 (Level Sum Assured), the life cover remains fixed throughout the policy tenure. In Option 2 (Increasing Sum Assured), the life cover increases by 10% of the Basic Sum Assured every year starting from the 6th policy year until the 15th policy year (capping at 200% of Basic SA).

2Who is eligible for non-smoker discount rates?

Non-smokers and healthy individuals receive substantial premium rebates (up to 30-40% discount) compared to standard rates upon basic underwriting clearance.

3What is the minimum Sum Assured and maximum coverage age?

The minimum Sum Assured is ₹50,00,000 (₹50 Lakh) with no upper limit. Coverage is available up to age 80 years with policy terms up to 40 years.

4Are term insurance premiums eligible for tax deductions?

Yes, premiums paid qualify for tax deductions up to ₹1.5 Lakh under Section 80C, and any death benefit claim is 100% tax-free under Section 10(10D).
